Planetary Hub Reduction Cassette Seal for Merlo Telehandlers

The high-precision planetary reduction hub cassette seal for Merlo telehandlers is designed to prevent gear oil leaks from the planetary reduction drive while blocking ingress of mud, water, sand, and agricultural debris into the wheel hub assembly. A damaged cassette seal leads to gear oil leakage onto the wheel rims, decreased lubrication levels inside the hub reduction, and abrasive contamination ingress, causing premature bearing failure and gear damage.

Featuring an integrated multi-lip design with a self-contained running sleeve, this cassette seal prevents shaft wear and delivers exceptional sealing efficiency under severe off-road operating conditions.
